Founder, Sarah Monteith is a former Australian athlete who now resides in New York. The international yoga instructor, wellness expert and certified holistic nutritionist, thrives on a plant rich diet, along with a daily yoga and meditation practice.
Sarah’s passion for health came out of her own experiences, that she now shares in order to empower and encourage others.

A Healthier You

A regular yoga practice brings a deep connection between the mind and body; this mind/body connection is essential in gaining and maintaining optimal health and wellbeing. Yoga engages our body between forms that are particular and unconscious and forms that are archetypal, systematic and conscious. My aim is to help students uncover a sense of belonging in their bodies that encourages them to feel more relaxed and confident in their lives - the lives through with they transform the world. Take your practice to the next level, increase strength, muscle tone and flexibility, develop confidence and learn at your own pace.
We know optimal health doesn't mean focusing solely on the body. The art of bringing your awareness into the present moment is extremely powerful in creating order in our cells and allowing for accumulated stressors to be released. Meditation is the single most important piece of mental hygiene we need to be practicing, daily. The training of the mind is a pillar of health which can't be replaced with any other technique and is scientifically proven to make you more focused, happy and confident.

During your first (complimentary) visit, you’ll meet with your coach for 60 minutes. In addition to a detailed history, we’ll focus on your concerns, answer questions, build your profile and get you started with a base plan.
